  1. The restaurant at Vitalia North Olmsted.
  2. Named in honor of the original town name. As the story goes, the land was purchased in 1806 by Aaron Olmsted, a wealthy sea captain. In 1814, surveyors gave the town it’s first official name – Kingston, a British word meaning “king’s town” – however that designation did not last and the town tried on a variety of other monikers until Captain Olmsted’s son made a generous donation of books from his father’s personal collection in 1826. These books became known as the Ox Cart Library, and the town’s name became North Olmsted. While the history of the town’s many names may be buried, know that when you’re here at Kingston’s, everyone knows your name.

Our culinary team, led by Executive Chef Jacqui, is dedicated to creating healthy, delicious meals from scratch each and every day. We source our ingredients thoughtfully, and prepare our dishes resourcefully.

We are open from 7am to 7pm daily.

“You dine on your own schedule. The dining room is open from 7 AM to 7 PM every day- and there is a 24/7 refrigerated deli-style case full of to-go meals and snacks if you get the munchies at 2 am. Want breakfast at 5pm – you got it! Do you love housemade (DELICIOUS) crab cakes for lunch AND dinner? They’re one of the specials of the week (this week) . The food is comparable to any of your favorite restaurants, and there’s something for everyone. If you don’t see what you want on the (extensive) menu, the chefs can probably even whip it up for you. Do you like Starbucks? Well, there’s even a Starbucks coffee machine, and you can get a number of beverages complete with a Starbucks cup.”
